How are my stickers packed and mailed?

Our stickers are wrapped and packed in kraft envelopes. All envelopes are mailed from Canada using stamps; this means your order will be untracked.

Why hasn't my order arrived?

1. Lost lettermail / not delivered

Lettermail can unfortunately be lost; if your order hasn't still hasn't arrived, visit the 'contact' page and specify the issue so we can try to correct this. Remember to include your order number in the message!

2. Wrong address / address change

Please double-check your delivery address before you check out! Once an order is processed, no address changes can be made. Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds for orders sent to the wrong address. 

Do you do collaborations in exchange for free products?

Of course! If you're an active bookstagrammer or booktoker and think our stickers would appeal to your audience, fill out a 'contact' form introducing yourself. Please include your delivery address in the message and keep an eye out for an email from us confirming the collaboration details.

Do you have wholesale rates for bulk orders?

Absolutely! If you're a bookstore/retailer looking to carry our stickers, or you would like to buy one of our products in bulk, please reach out to us on our 'contact' page for a quote. 

Do you take commissions?

Yes! If you're interested in custom book covers, stickers, illustrations, etc. in my art style, feel free to submit a 'contact' form with your request and we'll do our best to get back to you!
